Docs To Go doesn’t not have customer “accounts”.  Customers sometimes assume that we have a server somewhere that stores accounts where their documents are saved and/or backed up.  We do not.  If you want to save your files to an account, you can save them to a cloud account that you have access to or you can sync the files to your desktop using our Desktop Sync feature.  Both of these options are premium features.  But neither of these options includes a true “DataViz” or “Docs To Go” account.
