If you are seeing ads all of a sudden, one reason could be that your Docs To Go Premium Key has been disabled. This could happen as part of Android’s battery optimization feature that disables apps that aren’t used very often. Here’s how to fix that.
If you already purchased Docs To Go Premium Edition or if you premium features via an in-app purchase, you don’t need to pay again. You must install from Google Play using the same Google Account/Gmail address that you used when originally purchased. For more info click here.
Unfortunately, we cannot transfer the license to another operating system free of charge. If you want to use Documents To Go for the Android platform you would need to purchase a license through the Google Play store. Since it is not sold directly through DataViz, we are not able to offer a discount to our customers.
