I bought a new Android phone or tablet. How can I install Docs To Go on this new device?

If you already purchased Docs To Go Premium Edition or premium features via an in app purchase, you don’t need to pay again. You must install Docs To Go Free or Docs To Go Premium from the same app store that you originally purchased from (Google Play or Amazon). If you originally purchased Docs To Go Premium Key directly from DataViz, then you will need to ask our tech support for help in getting Docs To Go to your new device. If you purchased the Premium Key from Google Play or Amazon App Store, then you simply need to redownload it from the appropriate store. You must be logged into that store with the same Google or Amazon ID that you used when you purchased it in order for the purchase to be recognized.

If you purchased through an in app purchase, you just need to redownlaod Docs To Go Free Edition. As long as you’re logged into Google Play or Amazon App store with the appropriate ID, your in app purchases will work automatically.
